Returns Information

Cancellation of order / Products no longer required.

Thank you for ordering from Traditional Pine Doors.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  In the event that you change your mind and wish to make a return or exchange, you have 14 days from receipt of your item to cancel your order.  You are responsible for returning the item to us and paying for the cost of the return.  We will then issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.  We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. If you wish to return an item please ring us on 01242 228000 or please Contact Us here.  You must return an item in its original condition.  We retain the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed to be unsalable.  

Bespoke products

Once an order has been placed for bespoke items and payment has been made, we are unable to refund the cost of these items.  

Bespoke items include all glazed doors that have a finish applied to them (e.g. a 2 pane Fleur door with a waxed finish), all doors that are sized to your exact requirements (either trimmed or enlarged), and all doors that have non-standard combinations of glass.

Faulty or damaged Goods

If there is any damage to packaging please indicate this when signing for delivery.  Transit damage must be notified as soon as possible (within a maximum of two days of delivery).

In the event that an item received is damaged or does not match the description of the product ordered, we will exchange the item or provide you with a full refund.  We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part refund, full refund or exchange.  You have 30 days from the date of purchase (the date when payment is made) to notify us of the product's fault.  Please ring 01242 228000 or Contact Us here .
