A pair of Georgian / Victorian 'Reeded' brass door knobs

High quality, hand turned, solid brass, nickel coated door knobs/handles made to an original design.
This style was very popular from the Georgian and Victorian periods, right up to today.

Details:

• Solid brass handles, coated in nickel with matching Rose plates and fixing screws
• Comes with separate Rose plates and can therefore be used on either mortise or rim locks.
• Each set comes individually wrapped in its own box with door knobs, steel spindle, all fixing screws, hex head steel grub screw & individual Allen key for fitting grub screws.
• All grub screws made from steel for durability
• A threaded steel spindle which is grooved and threaded either end for fine adjustments. This is known as "The Pitts Mortice System".
• Suitable for indoor use only.

Please note: accompanying door latch should have a minimum backset of 75mm to facilitate opening.
